The Ashwaubenon Jaguars will head out on the road to take on the Pulaski Red Raiders at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Ashwaubenon will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
Ashwaubenon barely beat Green Bay Southwest the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Jaguars were the clear victors by a 23-0 margin over the Trojans on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Jaguars' most dominant win of the season so far.

Owen Amenson and Ben Butkus made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Amenson struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Meanwhile, Butkus pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Amenson also tossed a walk, which is notable because Ashwaubenon is undefeated when he allows at most two walks, but 1-4 otherwise. At the plate, Amenson went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI and two runs, while Butkus went 1-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. Those two hits gave Amenson a new career-high.
In other pitching news, Jack Ehrfurth looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.
Back at the plate, Anthony Mosher was a standout: he got on base in all three of his plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one double. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kingston Vang, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.
Ashwaubenon always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .643. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Pulaski came up short against De Pere on Thursday, falling 7-1. The loss continues a trend for the Red Raiders in their meetings with the Redbirds: they've now lost four in a row.
Braun Wotruba was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI. That stolen base was his first of the season.
Pulaski's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Ashwaubenon, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
Ashwaubenon was able to grind out a solid win over Pulaski in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, winning 5-2. Will the Jaguars repeat their success, or do the Red Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
