McKinley Battle continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points along with six rebounds and six steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Kaitlin White was another key contributor, scoring five points along with seven rebounds and five steals.
Meanwhile, Franklinton scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They really took it to Northern Nash for the full four quarters, racking up a 69-30 victory at home. Franklinton has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 24 points or more this season.
Franklinton's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Mikayla Taborn, who scored 20 points along with two steals, and Asia Burton, who scored 24 points along with five assists and four steals. Burton hasn't dropped below three steals for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Rihanna Hunt, who scored ten points along with two blocks.
Rocky Mount has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Franklinton, they pushed their record up to 19-1 with that win, which was their 11th straight at home.
Keep an eye on the arc in Tuesday's matchup: Rocky Mount have been dynamite from deep this season, having made 43.7% of their threes per game. It's a different story for Franklinton, though, as they've only made 7.45% of their threes this season. Given Rocky Mount's sizable advantage in that area, Franklinton will need to find a way to close that gap.

A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Hunt, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 16 rebounds.
