Volleyball Recap: Baldwin Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Baldwin, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Stanton Blue Devils on Tuesday. The Indians not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 29th (when they won 3-0).

Grace Gottberg paced Baldwin's offense, picking up 15 kills. Gottberg got some help from Tynlee Jarrell and her 28 assists. Jarrell also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Olivia Hartung, each putting up three.

Baldwin's victory bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Stanton, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-9.

Baldwin has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Fletcher on the 8th. Stanton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
