Cicero Prep Academy has struggled against the Lobos recently, as their match on Wednesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Cicero Prep Academy got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of
Catherine Johnson and
Alyse Nap, who each put up two points. Johnson also led the team in rebounds with ten.
Cicero Prep Academy dropped their record down to 4-11 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 12.0 points per game. As for Hayden, their victory bumped their record up to 4-20.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cicero Prep Academy will square off against the Hawks at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hayden, they will head out on the road to face off against the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Joseph City is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last 11 games.
