Softball Recap: Pine Wins Going Away Against Salmen

Pine won the last time they faced Salmen and things went their way on Wednesday too. Everything went the Pine Raiders' way against the Salmen Spartans as the Pine Raiders made off with a 15-3 win. That 12 run margin sets a new team best for the Raiders this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Pine and bumps their season record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Salmen, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5.

Coincidentally, Pine and Salmen will both be playing Fontainebleau the next time they take the field. Salmen will host Fontainebleau at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Pine will head out to face them at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
