It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-41, which was the final score in Overton's tilt against Southwind last Friday.
Meanwhile, Brighton might have drawn first blood against Kirby, but it was Kirby who got the last laugh. Brighton were given a punishing 7-48 defeat at the hands of Kirby. Brighton were down by 7-48 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous matchup, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
