After two games on the road, Lewis County is heading back home. They and the Summertown Eagles will face off at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around on Tuesday.
Last Friday, Lewis County was beaten by the Mustangs 80-34. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Lewis County in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now lost seven in a row.
Meanwhile, Summertown managed to keep up with the Tigers until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Summertown ended up on the wrong side of a tough 73-53 walloping at the hands of the Tigers.
Lewis County has not been sharp recently as the team's lost 11 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season. As for Summertown, their loss dropped their record down to 18-8.
