Last Friday, Lewis County was beaten by the Mustangs 80-34. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Lewis County in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now lost seven in a row.
Meanwhile, Summertown managed to keep up with the Tigers until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Summertown ended up on the wrong side of a tough 73-53 walloping at the hands of the Tigers.
Lewis County has not been sharp recently as the team's lost 11 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season. As for Summertown, their loss dropped their record down to 18-8.
