Phil Campbell was sadly handed a defeat on Thursday, but Addi James did her best to prevent it. Despite the loss, James was still locked in as she pitched six innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off five hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
