Despite the loss, IDEA Bluff Springs still got an impressive performance from Andres Gonzalez, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine steals. Gonzalez hasn't dropped below three steals for five straight games. Frank Garcia was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with seven rebounds.
IDEA Bluff Springs has not been sharp recently as the team's lost ten of their last 13 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season. As for IDEA Kyle, their victory bumped their record up to 1-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. IDEA Bluff Springs will take on Valor South Austin at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully IDEA Bluff Springs focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 on Friday. As for IDEA Kyle, they will be playing at home against IDEA Montopolis at 6:45 a.m. on Friday.
