After losing to the East Lincoln Mustangs the last time they met, the Stuart W. Cramer Storm decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Stuart W. Cramer came out on top against East Lincoln by a score of 57-49 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Stuart W. Cramer.
Taelan Whitley continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Amari Littlejohn, who scored 9 points along with 5 assists and 3 steals.
East Lincoln's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jackson Fannon, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 10 rebounds. The match was Fannon's third in a row with at least ten points. Houston Hartsell was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 9 assists and 5 rebounds.
Stuart W. Cramer pushed their record up to 2-3 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for East Lincoln, they have fallen quite a ways from their 20-7 record last season and are now at 1-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stuart W. Cramer will take on East Rutherford at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for East Lincoln, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Ashbrook at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th. Ashbrook will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.
