The Seacrest Country Day Stingrays will welcome the Sarasota Christian Blazers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Seacrest Country Day is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.1 points per game this season.
Seacrest Country Day heads in on the heels of a playoff contest on Friday. They took a 52-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of Donahue Catholic.

Fedor Vuksanovic put forth a good effort for the losing side as he dropped a double-double on 15 points and 17 rebounds. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Bates, who posted 11 points and eight boards.
Even though they lost, Seacrest Country Day smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in November of 2024.
Meanwhile, Sarasota Christian played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Gulf Coast HEAT, falling 58-32.
Seacrest Country Day will need to focus on slowing down Justin Brock, one of several Sarasota Christian players who made an impact when they last played. He scored 11 points and six rebounds. That's the most boards Brock has posted since back in December of 2024. Travis Miller was another key player, putting up seven points.
Seacrest Country Day's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.3 points over those games. As for Sarasota Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 14-13 record this season.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Seacrest Country Day has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 29.5 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Sarasota Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
