Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask WACO). They snuck past the Highland Huskies with a 64-59 win on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

WACO's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Highland, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.

WACO will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Winfield-Mt. Union at 6:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Highland will also get a bit of a break before their next match: they'll face off against Pekin at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
