It was a good run, but Riverdale unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a blow against the Sherrard Tigers, falling 80-50. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

Riverdale's defeat ended an eight-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-2. As for Sherrard, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Riverdale is taking a road trip to challenge Wethersfield at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sherrard, they will square off against Havana at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
