Bedford posted their closest victory since May 24, 2024 on Sunday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 win over the Burlington Red Devils. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Buccaneers also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Bedford's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6-1. As for Burlington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

As for Burlington, they will take on Wakefield Memorial at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
