Central Catholic's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyler Wentworth, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds. The matchup was Wentworth's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Jordan Magana was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Vintage's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Miles Macpherson, who scored 11 points. The game was Macpherson's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Rory Holland, who scored eight points.
Central Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Vintage, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.
