Caro barely beat Memphis the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers blew past the Yellowjackets 13-2 on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Yellowjackets: they've now won four in a row.

Brooklyn Osborn was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed six innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits. Osborn was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Chloe Malloy, who scored five runs while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances. Madalyn Stefanovsky was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Caro's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Memphis, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Caro has already played their next matchup, a 16-1 loss against Unionville-Sebewaing on the 11th. Memphis has also already played their next contest (against Deckerville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
