Buckingham Charter hasn't had much luck against Sacramento Country Day recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Knights are taking a road trip to square off against the Cavaliers at 6:00 p.m. Buckingham Charter will be strutting in after a victory while Sacramento Country Day will be coming in after a loss.
On Thursday, Buckingham Charter beat Sacramento Adventist 3-1. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Capitals recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-7, 23-25, 25-22.

Buckingham Charter's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Justice Wright, who had 11 kills, five aces, and two blocks. Those two blocks gave Wright a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Margrethe Lim, who had 15 assists and six aces.
They weren't the only good servers: Buckingham Charter was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 28 aces. They are 11-3 when they serve at least ten aces.
Meanwhile, Sacramento Country Day came up short against Faith Christian last Friday and fell 3-1.
The final score came out to 25-17, 25-13, 24-26, 25-16.
Sacramento Country Day's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Buckingham Charter, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.
Buckingham Charter skirted past Sacramento Country Day 3-2 in their previous meeting last Tuesday. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
