Howells-Dodge's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Peyten Becker led the charge by scoring eight points along with four steals and three blocks. Those three blocks set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Natalie Pieper, who scored nine points.
Howells-Dodge is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for St. Francis, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.
