In what's become a running theme this season, the Highland Rams gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They blew past Skyline 68-45. The score was close at the half, but Highland pulled away in the second half with 39 points.
Highland's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaiah Drisdom, who scored 16 points along with six assists and three steals. Drisdom continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Sefa Brown was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Highland's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.4 points per game. As for Skyline, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season.
Coincidentally, Highland and Skyline will both be playing West the next time they take the court. Skyline will host West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Highland will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
