The biggest upset of the week belonged to Spring-Ford, who took down 26th ranked Spring-Ford, 26-0. Mark Dukes ran for 138 yards and caught one passes for 14 yards in the win.
Pottsgrove extended the longest winning streak in Pioneer this week by beating the Rams, 26-0. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
Chris Demey and Ryan Yenchick gave Phoenixville a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Demey threw for 17 yards and one touchdown, while Yenchick ran for 204 yards. Teammate Justin McDougal added to the ground attack by rushing for 50 yards.
Antonio Moore was the best wideout in the league this week as Pottstown lost to the Phantoms. Moore racked up four receptions for 81 yards. Dayon Mohler helped Pottstown's passing attack out by catching two balls for 24 yards.
Pottstown's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Trojans feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Sage Reinhart has thrown for 1225 yards and six touchdowns this season, while Moore has 16 catches for 293 yards. Monroe Hampton leads the league in rushing with 829 yards.
A big matchup in Pioneer this week will be when Phoenixville takes on Perkiomen Valley. William Furlong's team is currently in fourth, while the Vikings are in third.
Pottsgrove was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating Spring-Ford 26-0. Rick Pennypacker's team came in at 24 in the state poll after placing at number 56 last week.
