Ozaukee was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They fell  2-0 to the Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Resorters.  Despite the  defeat, Ozaukee saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Trahern Bartels  had 19  digs and two  assists. With that strong performance,  Bartels is now averaging an impressive 10.2  digs per game.
 Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah can attribute much of their success to  Lydia Weber, who  had 12  digs and three  aces. Those  three  aces gave  Weber a new career-high.  Dyani Lisowe also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  block of the season.
Ozaukee's loss dropped their record down to 12-14. As for Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, their record now sits at 8-16.
 Ozaukee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  2-1  victory against Hilbert on the 11th. As for Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, they have also already played their next match,  a  2-0  win against Reedsville on the 11th.
