Basketball Recap: Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame Comes Up Short

The Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame Knights took a blow against the Wellpinit Redskins on Saturday, falling 75-36. The Knights' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Wellpinit, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Moses Lake Christian Academy on Friday. As for Wellpinit, they will venture away from home to face off against Taholah on Saturday. Taholah's defense has only allowed 29 points per game this season, so Wellpinit's offense will have their work cut out for them.
