After a dominant victory in their contest last week, the Watson Chapel Wildcats were humbled this past Friday. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 61-41 punch to the gut against the Jacksonville Titans. If Watson Chapel was hoping to take revenge for the 74-41 loss against Jacksonville when the teams met in January, then they were left disappointed.
The Wildcats' defeat pushed them down to 6-18. The win was the 12th in a row for Jacksonville and raised their record to 16-4.
The Wildcats will stay at home against Sylvan Hills on Tuesday. Watson Chapel is the clear underdog, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one. As for Jacksonville, they will go up against Maumelle on Tuesday. Unlike the Titans, Maumelle will be limping in after taking a loss.
