On Friday Lewisburg take on Center Hill at 7:00 PM. Lewisburg come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
Things haven't been easy for Lewisburg, and their matchup last Thursday only extended their streak of losses to three. They have to be aching after a bruising 6-35 loss to Lafayette last Thursday. Lewisburg were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-28.
Meanwhile, their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Center Hill, but their most recent game may have softened the blow. They were able to grind out a solid win over Saltillo, winning 14-0.
Center Hill's victory lifted them to 4-4 while Lewisburg's defeat dropped them down to 2-5. We'll see if Center Hill's success rolls on or if Lewisburg are able to steal their positive momentum.
