Ben Thurman was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Thurman was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2025.
