Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central had to suffer through a rough 50-21 loss at the hands of McEwen. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central in their matchups with McEwen: they've now lost three in a row.
Several Tigers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Daegan Collins, who rushed for 62 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. Collins was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 57 yards.
Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for McEwen, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-6.
