The third road contest was the charm for Geneseo, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They enjoyed a cozy 38-20 win over the Galesburg Silver Streaks on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Maple Leafs in their matchups with the Silver Streaks: they've now won four in a row.
Kye Weinzierl continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 136 yards and one touchdown on only 14 carries.
