When it comes to explaining why Pike Valley lost, one person who can't be blamed is Reese Douglas. Despite the final result, she scored ten points along with two steals and two blocks.
The victory was the fifth in a row for Osborne, bringing their record for this year to 12-2. As for Pike Valley, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-7.
Osborne will take on Sylvan-Lucas at TBD on Tuesday. Osborne is coming into the game with 17 straight victories at home, so Sylvan-Lucas is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum.
