While Catoctin's victory against Boonsboro wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cougars sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 11-10 win over the Warriors on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Cougars as they're now sitting on three straight.

Catoctin pushed their record up to 3-4-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Boonsboro, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Catoctin will challenge rival Linganore at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Boonsboro is set to take on their familiar foe North Hagerstown at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
