Barron Collier has gone a perfect 4-0 against South Fort Myers recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Barron Collier Cougars will square off against the South Fort Myers Wolfpack at 7:00 p.m.

On Thursday, Barron Collier didn't have quite enough to beat Bonita Springs and fell 6-5.

Jonathan Hernandez Carr was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of John Minerva, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Meanwhile, South Fort Myers got the win against Palmetto Ridge on Wednesday by a conclusive 7-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Wolfpack have posted against the Bears since April 4, 2017.

Barron Collier came out on top in a nail-biter against South Fort Myers in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, sneaking past 12-11. The rematch might be a little tougher for Barron Collier since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
