Sports Leadership & Management has won seven straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Pahrump Valley has won seven straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Bulls will welcome the Trojans at 3:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Last Tuesday, Sports Leadership & Management made easy work of The Meadows School and carried off a 16-2 win. The victory continues a trend for the Bulls in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won six in a row.
Mya Schweisthal made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed six innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-5.

Friday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Sports Leadership & Management hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .527. However, it's not like Pahrump Valley struggles in that department as they've averaged .419. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
