Marquez was led to victory by Corshell Vaughn, who turned in her biggest game of the season on Friday. Vaughn wasn't messing around, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 28 boards. The matchup was her 23rd straight with 12 or more boards dating back to last season. She is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for four straight games.
