Eldorado entered their tilt with Capital on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 15-3 margin over the Jaguars. Considering the Golden Eagles have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Griffin Burak looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Sullivan Wilson was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and one double. Those six RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Maddox Gonzales, who went 1-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

Eldorado kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Eldorado's record is now 11-5. As for Capital, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Eldorado beat the Jaguars by a score of 21-2 later that day.
