South Point is 9-1 against Forestview since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The South Point Red Raiders will face off against the Forestview Jaguars at 6:00 p.m. South Point will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

While South Point's victory against Cherryville wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. South Point won by a run and slipped past Cherryville 5-4.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 16 runs the game before, Forestview was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 11-1 to South Point. The Jaguars haven't had much luck with the Red Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Forestview's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for South Point, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Everything went South Point's way against Forestview when the teams last played on Tuesday, as South Point made off with an 11-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for South Point since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
