The Walker Wolverines will head out on the road to square off against the Providence Christian Academy Storm at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
For the first time this season, Walker was forced to settle for a draw. They and Galloway finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw.
Meanwhile, Providence Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past St. Francis 2-1.
Providence Christian Academy was led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Grace Hauck and
Annabel Patronilha, who scored both of Providence Christian Academy's goals.
Walker skirted past Providence Christian Academy 2-1 in their previous meeting back in February of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Walker since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
