Fernley had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Wooster Colts with a sharp 3-0 win. The Vaqueros have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Colts, too.

Fernley walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 25-10.

Lillianna Young paced Fernley's offense, picking up nine kills. Young got some help from Alauna Escartin and her 26 assists. Emma Masters controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Fernley's win bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Wooster, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Fernley will venture away from home to take on Sparks at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wooster, they will welcome Dayton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
