Basketball Recap: Sherman's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Sherman won the last time they faced Greenville and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Sherman Bearcats walked away with a 58-49 victory over the Greenville Lions. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bearcats.

Sherman's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-9. As for Greenville, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Sherman Bearcats take on the Walnut Grove Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Walnut Grove will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Sherman surely won't give up without a fight. As for Greenville, they will head out on the road to challenge Anna at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
