Thurston put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the South Eugene Axe by a score of 64-51. That's more bragging rights for the Colts, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Thurston's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for South Eugene, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Thurston will venture away from home to take on Putnam at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Thurston's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests. As for South Eugene, they will be home for the holidays to greet Beaverton at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
