Despite the loss, Woonsocket still got an impressive performance from Angel Hernandez, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hernandez has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Juelz Stengel, who scored 12 points.
Woonsocket's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 4-8 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woonsocket will take on La Salle Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. La Salle Academy is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games. As for Central, they will head out on the road to face off against Bishop Hendricken at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
