Last Saturday, Rush-Henrietta came up short against Pittsford and fell 23-13.
Meanwhile, McQuaid Jesuit entered their tilt with Aquinas Institute with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, McQuaid Jesuit made off with a 14-13 victory over Aquinas Institute. That's two games straight that McQuaid Jesuit has won by exactly a single point.
Rush-Henrietta's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for McQuaid Jesuit, their victory was their sixth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-1.
Rush-Henrietta took a serious blow against McQuaid Jesuit in their previous meeting back in September, falling 47-14. Can Rush-Henrietta avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
