There's no place like home for Panguitch, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They put the hurt on the Beaver Dam Diamondback with a sharp 17-1 victory on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Bobcats, who have now won 11 games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Katie Hatch made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out ten over four innings pitched. Those ten strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kadee Harland, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Olivia Jessop, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

Panguitch was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .630. They are 11-2 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Panguitch's record is now 12-6. As for Beaver Dam, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-18 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Panguitch beat Beaver Dam by a score of 23-5 later that day.
