After a string of six wins, Morristown-Beard's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a blow against the St. Joseph Regional Green Knights, falling 73-37. The Crimson were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-16.

Jahmir Joseph was his usual excellent self, going 9-for-12 en route to 23 points for St. Joseph Regional. The match was Joseph's fifth in a row with at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Pacciarelli, who shot 42% from the field on his way to 12 points.

Morristown-Beard's defeat dropped their record down to 16-3. As for St. Joseph Regional, they pushed their record up to 19-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
