Miller Grove put another one in the bag  on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Redan Raiders as the Miller Grove Wolverines made off with  a  14-1 win. Fans of the Wolverines have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+  run.
  Amiyah Morrison made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than seven  strikeouts every time she's  pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-2.
 In other batting news,  Saniya Francis was  incredible,  scoring four  runs and  stealing four bases while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances. She also put up a  home run, which washer first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Armonie Morrison, who  scored three  runs and  stole four bases while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Miller Grove  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .552. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  OBP of .520 or higher in six consecutive  matchups.
 Miller Grove pushed their record up to 6-0 with that  victory, which was their sixth straight  at home dating back to last season. As for Redan, their loss  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 1-2.
 Miller Grove will play host again  on Wednesday to welcome Lakeside, where first pitch is scheduled  at 5:30  p.m. Miller Grove knows how to get  runs on the board -- the  squad has finished with ten run or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Lakeside likes a good challenge. As for Redan, they will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against Columbia at 5:30  p.m. Redan has given up an average of 10.7 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
