Brian Henderson and Karli Daniles provided fans with a highlight when they connected against River Rouge. The connection went for 75 yards, the longest such play in Michigan Metro this season.
The Panthers extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Westside Christian Academy, 43-0. This was the team's eighth consecutive win.
Westside Christian Academy's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Warriors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Henderson has thrown for 661 yards and one touchdown this season, while Daniles has 19 catches for 410 yards. Jajuan Kemp leads the league in rushing with 542 yards.
The Warriors moved up to 467 from 508 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Michigan Metro. Westside Christian Academy climbed the ranks as a result of losing to Corey Parker's team 43-0.
