Hanover-Horton breezed by the Jayhawks at home to the tune of 77-41 on Friday. That looming 77-41 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Hanover-Horton yet this season.
Hanover-Horton was led to victory by Luke Soper and Logan Blackledge. Soper scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and six assists, while Blackledge scored 24 points along with six assists and three steals. Blackledge has been hot recently, having posted 19 or more points the last five times he's played. Jack Wooster was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Hanover-Horton has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Vandercook Lake, they dropped their record down to 2-14 with that defeat, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season.
