With a playoff win on the line, Crimson Cliffs rose to the challenge  on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Timpanogos Timberwolves, sneaking past  6-5. The  win was nothing new for the Mustangs as they're now sitting on five straight.
 MCKAY WRIGHT and  BRECKEN PARK did most of the damage at the plate:  WRIGHT  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with two  runs, while  PARK  went 2-for-3 with two  runs and one  double. Another player making a difference was  RYDER ELENES, who  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with one  RBI.
 Crimson Cliffs  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Timpanogos struck out nine times.
Crimson Cliffs' victory bumped their record up to 21-8. As for Timpanogos, their loss dropped their record down to 22-9.
As of now, neither Crimson Cliffs nor the Timberwolves have any future games scheduled.
