After losing to Iroquois the last time they met, Tiospa Zina decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Tiospa Zina steamrollered Iroquois 42-6. Tiospa Zina were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The victory bumped Tiospa Zina's record up to 2-5. Iroquois are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-7.
Tiospa Zina will be playing at home against Standing Rock/Selfridge at at 6:00 PM next week. Unlike Tiospa Zina, Standing Rock/Selfridge will be limping in after taking a loss. As for Iroquois, they will face off against Northwestern Area. Northwestern Area are limping into the match on a seven-game losing streak.
