Hamilton was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating Frenchtown. The Broncs came in at 17 in the state poll after placing at number 32 last week.
Corvallis lost to Whitefish 37-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The marquee game in Southwestern A this week will be the clash between Hamilton and Anaconda. Travis Blome's team enters the contest ranked 17th in the state, while the Copperheads ranks 25th.
One of the league's premier quarterbacks will face off with its top pass rusher when the Broncs and Anaconda face off next week. Michael Monaco has dominated opposing QBs with a total of 3.0 sacks, while Josh Bauder has 1,269 passing yards and 10 touchdowns on the season.
There should be lots of points scored when Hamilton and the Copperheads face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Broncs comes in having scored 152 this season, while Anaconda has scored 63. Hamilton scored 43 points last week as it beat the Broncs.
The Broncs led the league in scoring this week by notching 43 points on Frenchtown. Bauder threw for 280 yards and 2 touchdowns in the win.
