Hd Davis Goes Supernova in Wolfe City Victory
Hd Davis continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his tenth-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least 102 rushing yards. He rushed for 255 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 15.0 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 55 yards.
The victory was the third in a row for Wolfe City, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. Davis and Wolfe City will be playing in front of their home fans against Tom Bean at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Bobby Rogers Dazzles in Tom Bean Loss
Bobby Rogers put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in November of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 94 yards, and also caught a touchdown.
Unfortunately for Alvord, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Rogers. Rogers threw for 248 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 98 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Bulldogs duked it out back in October of 2023.

Carson Herron Turns in Season-Best Effort
Carson Herron produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Wolfe City to the win on Friday. Herron rushed for 85 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries, and also threw for 64 yards and two touchdowns on perfect 5-for-5 passing.
For the season, Herron has thrown 9 touchdowns (and and only 1 picks) while averaging 108.7 passing yards per game.

Rocky Urich and Co. Win Third in a Row
Rocky Urich was instrumental in extending Tioga's winning streak to three on Friday. Whitewright had no answer to Urich as he threw for 419 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 51 yards on only seven carries.
Tioga's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. Urich and Tioga will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Alvord at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

Johnny Dorpinghaus Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Another Tioga player making an appearance on this list is Johnny Dorpinghaus. He picked up 152 receiving yards. The performance once again pushed his average receiving yardage north of 100 yards per game (101.3).
