Mt. Carmel is 8-1 against Fallbrook since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Sundevils will host the Warriors at 4:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Mt. Carmel has six straight victories, Fallbrook has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Mt. Carmel is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Valley Center with a sharp 20-2 win on Wednesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Friday's match will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Mt. Carmel hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .332. However, it's not like Fallbrook struggles in that department as they've averaged .329. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Mt. Carmel took their victory against Fallbrook in their previous meeting two weeks ago by a conclusive 12-0 score. Do the Sundevils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
